How To Do Less
your shortest easiest task of the day
I refuse to burden your already-over-burdened brain with more this time of year.
So instead of giving you anything new to learn, fix, buy, plan, organise, or optimise… I’m giving you permission to do less. Think less. Worry less.
I simply offer you the permission (and hand-holding if you need it) to close any (or ALL) of the 24 open tabs you haven’t looked at in four days.
If it isn’t both urgent AND important, it’s gone.
I promise the world will not end — even if the tab is shouting: “WAIT! You’ll never get this offer again if you close this page!” Close it anyway. The drama.
And that article you keep desperately wanting to read?
The webinar you keep pretending you’ll finish?
The cart you keep planning to check out?
Delete. Delete. Delete.
Your nervous system deserves a lighter load.
Your brain deserves a reset.
And you deserve to enter this new year with fewer tabs — on your laptop and in your mind.
Breathe. Close. Walk away.
You just created space for something better. (Now don’t fill it with more screentime. Remember- be the change you want to see in your child!)
Not even putting in the “subscribe” button here.
you’re welcome.
